Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with one of our product purchased directly from us, you can return it for a refund or exchange within one year of purchase. Our goal is to satisfy you, our valued customer. If the product you purchased doesn’t meet your needs, please let us help find the right product for you!
- Please note: You DO NOT NEED TO CALL us to get a Return Authorization!
- You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Active Pro Gear’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. (See Special Conditions Section Below)
- Once we receive your return item(s), we will credit your original payment method for the original purchase price of each item in the return shipment. Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable. Depending on USPS transit time for the package returned to us, please allow 2-3 weeks for your credit to be issued. Please note that depending on your original payment method, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks following receipt of your return for exchanges to arrive, if you requested an exchange. We will send you a shipping confirmation email for your exchange order as soon as it is shipped.
- If you are in a hurry, return your original item for a refund and place a new order online for your replacement item. You will be charged for the new order, but once we receive your return, we’ll credit you for the cost of the original item. This will expedite your receipt of the new/replacement item.
- Insure your package. Active Pro Gear is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
How to Make a Return or an Exchange
If you ever need to return an item that was purchased directly from us, please follow the steps below to insure proper and fast replacement or refund.
- You do not need to call us or get a return authorization.
- You are responsible for return postage.
- Please include a copy of your invoice inside the parcel. This will allow us to process your return or exchange quickly and efficiently. Indicate on the invoice what you prefer–a refund or exchange. If an exchange, please write the product number, color, size, draw and description of the item you want on the invoice. If you do not have a copy of the invoice, please include a note with your name, address, phone number and email
- Please use the original shipping envelope whenever possible (remove all address references from your return package, if you are using the original shipping envelope). Also, wrap the product in its original packaging material. If you don’t have these, use a strong or padded envelope so the product(s) won’t be damaged during transit.
- Mail your package. Insure your package. Active Pro Gear is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
- Do not send the product(s) C.O.D. It will not be accepted.

If merchandise is returned that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, the return will be declined and the merchandise will be returned to you. We cannot accept a return or exchange (even within one year of purchase) in certain situations, including:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents
- Products showing excessive wear and tear
- Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
- Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced
- Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
- Products that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned. Used items must be cleaned prior to return.
Active Pro Gear accepts returns or exchanges only for items purchased on the ActiveProGear.com website. If you would like to return or exchange an item that was not purchased directly from us, please contact the retailer where you made the purchase.
